Refund Policy
At Rude Wear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
* Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2) Faulty or Incorrect Items
* If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
* We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no extra cost to you.
* Photographic proof is required.
3) Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4) Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
* Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
5) Exchanges
* Exchanges are subject to product availability.
* If the requested exchange items is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

7) Final Note
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Hong Kong consumer protection laws.
